A single slider: at the threshold or under cover. The outside drifts away and softens; what is close to you stays close. Say whether you came to settle, to read or to sleep.
Your pause
Fifteen minutes, one hour or no limit. “Towards calm” settles the outside and the music over the chosen duration, then fades the sound out.

How does it work?
Choose a shelter: its soundscape is already written for the setting (the fire beside you, the sea beyond the threshold). Step in, then set “Your place”: the outside drifts away or draws closer. Say what you came for, to settle, to read or to sleep, and the shelter tunes itself.
Why can’t I add any sound I like?
Because the place has the final word. Each shelter only offers sounds that do not contradict its setting: no crickets in the snow, no fireplace in a candlelit hall, no ocean swell beside a lake. The sounds that make the place keep a quiet minimum; details and music can be switched off.
Is the Studio free?
Yes. 12 shelters, two added sounds, a pause of up to one hour and the journal, no sign-up needed. The Circle (€8.99 a month) opens every shelter, four added sounds, eight-hour pauses and 5 generated places per month.
What does “Towards calm” do?
For the chosen duration, the outside and the music gradually settle, then the sound fades out over twenty seconds. “Sleep” turns it on with thirty minutes by default.
Can I use it to sleep, with the screen off?
Yes. Add the Studio to your phone’s home screen: it opens like an app and can be controlled from the lock screen. The night light dims the screen and shows the time.
Are the sounds and music royalty-free?
The music is created by Sam’Relaxe; the nature sounds come from libraries licensed for commercial use or from free-licence sources. They are for listening within the Studio only.
