The Roots
In 2019, everything collapsed in a few months. A severe asthma attack. Losing my job. Then losing a loved one. I found myself in a silence I didn't know — the kind where nothing makes sense anymore.
Not the peaceful silence. The empty silence. The one that settles when the world goes on without you.
It was a different silence that saved me.
I wasn't trying to heal. I was just looking for a place where the inner noise stops.
The Seed
It was a forest at dawn that brought me back. The murmur of a river. The wind in the leaves. These weren't sounds I went looking for — they found me. With every listen, something let go. Not the old life returning, but a new form of peace.
If these sounds had helped me through the worst, maybe they could help others. Sam'Relaxe was born from this simple intuition: capture these ambiances and share them. Enchanted forests, crystal caves, medieval taverns, stormy nights — each designed as a refuge where time slows down.
The Passage
The more I created, the stranger the feeling that I wasn't inventing anything. These luminescent forests, crystal caves, harbors with a thousand lanterns — they seemed to exist somewhere before I put them to image. As if I was only capturing real places, in a world I didn't have words to name.
This world, the people who listen began drawing it with me. "I want to step into my screen and live there" someone wrote. "We are in Neverland" said another. Video after video, comment after comment, a geography took shape. Ten territories. Ten fundamental emotions. A name appeared, as if it were obvious.

Each territory of Sonaë vibrates at a different frequency. Each frequency corresponds to an inner state — a need, an emotion, a path to peace.
The Immersion

The Workshop
Every world begins with an emotion that calls. The smell of earth after rain. Light filtering through a cave. The crackle of fire when everything is quiet outside. I don't choose — the world reveals itself.
From that emotion, the visual landscape builds in 4K. Every detail — moss on stones, reflections in water, light between leaves — feeds the immersion until the world feels real.
A multi-layered soundtrack: background sounds, organic textures, random elements. Like in a real place, every listen reveals a detail you hadn't noticed.
Videos last between 3 and 12 hours. Deep relaxation can't be scheduled — the world needs time to welcome you, and that time is different for everyone.
The Intention
I am neither a therapist, nor a guru, nor a prophet of an invented world. Sonaë is not a religion. It's a name given to something you already know: that precise moment when a sound transports you elsewhere. When the inner noise stops. When you are, at last, somewhere that feels right.
