Digital creations sold by Samuel Henry, delivered by immediate download.
1. Seller
Samuel Henry, sole trader — SIRET 937 676 187 000 19 — 8 Lanruc, 29260 Ploudaniel, France. Contact: [email protected]. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
2. Products
The shop sells digital content: audio files, images and documents to download. Each product page states the exact contents, formats, dimensions and file sizes. No physical goods are shipped.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Sam’Relaxe keeps no card data. The order is final once Stripe accepts the payment.
4. Delivery
After payment you are redirected to a personal download page and receive the same link by email, at the address used for the payment. This link stays valid and reusable on all your devices. If anything goes wrong, write to Sam: the link is resent or the files delivered another way.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately. By confirming your purchase you request immediate performance and expressly waive that right. This is stated on the payment page.
6. Guarantee and claims
The statutory guarantee of conformity for digital content (articles L224-25-12 and following) applies. If a file is unreadable, incomplete or does not match its description, it is replaced or refunded, with no unreasonable time limit. Write to Sam with the address used for the payment.
7. Licence of use
The files are sold for personal use: listening, displaying, printing for yourself. Resale, redistribution, public sharing and use in a video, a game, a product or a commercial broadcast are excluded. The music is Sam’Relaxe original work composed with Suno (professional plan); the visuals are Sam’Relaxe original work created with the help of artificial-intelligence tools. 8. Personal data
Your email address and order details are processed to fulfil the sale and send you your link. Stripe is the controller for payment data. No address is ever sold. Details on the Privacy.
9. Disputes
If you disagree with something, write to Sam first: most situations are settled in one message. Failing that, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge, or the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Governing law: French law.
