Terms of sale.
Digital creations and printed posters, sold by Samuel Henry.
1. Seller
Samuel Henry, sole trader — SIRET 937 676 187 000 27 — 8 Lanruc, 29260 Ploudaniel, France. Contact: [email protected]. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
2. Products
The shop sells digital content (audio files, images and documents to download) and printed posters. Each product page states the exact content, formats and sizes. Posters are printed on demand and shipped by our production partner, Gelato.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Sam’Relaxe keeps no card data. The order is final once Stripe accepts the payment.
4. Delivery
After payment you are redirected to a personal download page and receive the same link by email, at the address used for the payment. This link stays valid and reusable on all your devices. If anything goes wrong, write to Sam: the link is resent or the files delivered another way.
4 bis. Delivery of posters
Posters are shipped to the address given at checkout, in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States and Canada. They are printed at the workshop closest to the customer and ship within 2 to 5 business days; shipping is free. A tracking number is sent by email. Delivery takes place at the latest within 30 days of the order. Risk passes to the customer on receipt of the parcel.
5. Right of withdrawal
Printed posters: you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without giving a reason, by sending a clear statement to Sam (email is enough) or the model form below. Return the poster within 14 days of that statement; return costs are yours. You are refunded within 14 days, including the original delivery costs, using the payment method used for the order; the refund may be withheld until the poster is received back.

Digital content: For immediate digital delivery, loss of the fourteen-day withdrawal right requires prior express consent to begin delivery, acknowledgement of that loss and confirmation of the agreement, under Article L221-28 13 of the French Consumer Code. A purchase alone does not constitute this consent. Statutory conformity rights remain applicable.
6. Guarantee and claims
The statutory guarantee of conformity for digital content (articles L224-25-12 and following) applies. If a file is unreadable, incomplete or does not match its description, it is replaced or refunded, with no unreasonable time limit. Write to Sam with the address used for the payment.
6 bis. Guarantees for posters
Posters benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, two years from delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). A poster damaged in transit or misprinted is reprinted and resent free of charge: write to Sam with a photo.
7. Licence of use
The files are sold for personal use: listening, displaying, printing for yourself. Resale, redistribution, public sharing and use in a video, a game, a product or a commercial broadcast are excluded. The music is Sam’Relaxe original work composed with Suno (professional plan); the visuals are Sam’Relaxe original work created with the help of artificial-intelligence tools. 8. Personal data
Your email address and order details are processed to fulfil the sale and send you your link. Stripe is the controller for payment data. No address is ever sold. Details on the Privacy.
For a poster, your name, delivery address, email and phone number are passed to our production partner Gelato solely to print and deliver it.
9. Disputes and consumer mediation
If you disagree with something, first send your written complaint to Sam (email above): most situations are settled in one message. If your complaint is not resolved, you may, free of charge and within one year of that complaint, refer the matter to the consumer mediator Sam’Relaxe is registered with: Médiation Consommation Développement (MCD), Centre d’Affaires Stéphanois, Immeuble l’Horizon, Esplanade de France, 3 rue J. Constant Milleret, 42000 Saint-Étienne, France — online referral at medconsodev.eu. The mediator can only be seized after a written complaint to Sam has remained unresolved. French law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of residence.
