Consumer mediation
Under articles L611-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, every consumer may use a consumer mediator, free of charge, to settle a dispute with a professional out of court. For its sales (digital creations, posters, the Circle), Sam’Relaxe is registered with: Médiation Consommation Développement (MCD), Centre d’Affaires Stéphanois, Immeuble l’Horizon, Esplanade de France, 3 rue J. Constant Milleret, 42000 Saint-Étienne, France — online referral at medconsodev.eu. The mediator can only be seized after a written complaint to Sam ([email protected]) has remained unresolved, within one year of that complaint.

The texts of Sonaë, the visuals and the media are Sam’Relaxe creations. Some visuals are made with the help of artificial-intelligence tools; some sound elements come from Envato Elements and Suno. The Cormorant Garamond and DM Sans typefaces are distributed under their open licences.
