Frequently asked questions
How do I get my files?
After paying on Stripe you come back to a download page, and the same link is sent to the email address used for payment. The link does not wear out: it works again when you change device.
What is the difference with the Circle?
The shop sells files to keep: the map, the music, the wallpapers. The Circle is a membership that opens the Sound Studio, the shelters and their updates. They complement each other.
Can I use the music in my videos?
No: the files are for personal listening only. For use in a creation, write to Sam.
Can I get a refund?
Immediate digital delivery: loss of the withdrawal right requires prior express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation of that agreement (Article L221-28). Si un fichier ne fonctionne pas ou ne correspond pas à sa description, il est remplacé ou remboursé.
